Responding to a petition from environmental groups, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has agreed to examine whether it should revise the critical habitat for the Florida Manatee. The agency will accept information on the manatee's habitat needs for 30 days.

Exelon announced today it’s leaving the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, joining two other major power companies that object to the chamber’s stance on climate change.
