White House Science Office Sued Over 'Scientific Integrity' Docs

Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility has filed a lawsuit seeking an explanation for why the Obama Administration is 18 months late on delivering its promised guidelines on scientific integrity for the federal government. The lawsuit by the Washington, D.C., watchdog group follows its August Freedom of Information Act request asking for documents related to the tardy guidelines.
