Mark Finley
Mark Finley is general manager of global energy markets and U.S. economics at BP. In addition to analyzing the economics and politics of the world oil market, he has produced market assessments for natural gas, electricity, carbon, and coal. He manages the annual production of the BP Statistical Review of World Energy (now in its 60th year). Finley is also a vice president of the International Association for Energy Economics.
David Greene
David Greene is a corporate fellow of Oak Ridge National Laboratory and a senior fellow of the Howard H. Baker Jr. Center for Public Policy at the University of Tennessee. He has spent more than 30 years researching energy policy issues related to transportation and oil dependence and has published more than 250 reports and journal articles on energy and related issues.
